摘要：A locking cover plate and locking device respectively, control access to areceptacle and inhibit removal of a plug from a receptacle of a power distribution panelhaving a sequential coupling guard. The locking cover plate rotates to lock and unlock areceptacle by covering the receptacle using a cover plate portion and uncovering thecover plate portion from the receptacle, respectively. The locking device rotates to lockand unlock a plug in a receptacle by inhibiting removal of the plug from the receptacleusing a tab portion and allowing removal of the plug by rotating the tab portion,respectively.
