摘要：This device has a cushion member adapted to be compressed resiliently under aload. A case is placed on an upper surface of this cushion member. This case has upperand lower surfaces, and is provided in the upper surface with an opened storage space. Inthis storage space, water bags made of flexible waterproof sheets in the form of a bagand containing water therein are provided. The cushion member and the case placedthereon are enclosed with an outer cover.
